The favorite of the Academy Awards ceremony was the film “The Land of the Nomads.” The ribbon received three statuettes. One of them was awarded to Francis McDormand, in whose career it is already the third Oscar. Chloe Zhao also won another award for this tape, thus becoming the second woman in history to receive a director’s Oscar.
Anthony Hopkins also received his second Academy Award for Father.
And in the nomination “Best foreign language film” won the Danish film “One more”. Director Thomas Winterberg dedicated this prize to his daughter, who died while the film was being filmed.
