Don’t miss lunch. Use the break not only to refresh yourself, but also to change the situation and switch thoughts.
Do self-massage. A sedentary way of working often leads to pain in the neck, arms and lower back. But if you regularly massage your earlobes, rub your temples, stretch your shoulder joints, you will not experience pain.
Get rid of all unnecessary things. Clean and tidy – and it’s easier to think.
Change your image. Don’t wear the same clothes every day. Changes in appearance are needed, first of all, by yourself – so you will feel that life is not the same.
Surround yourself at work in your favorite colors.
Take tea or coffee breaks. This helps reduce eye strain, change body position, and establish informal contact with colleagues.
Ill only at home. A person with a high temperature is an unproductive worker even with his Labor intensity. Coming to work with the flu or a cold is not heroism, but a crime against your colleagues.
Learn something new. Spend at least half an hour a day on self-education and professional development.
Treat your colleagues with something that is customary in your team.
Ask for help. This is not a demonstration of weakness, but a necessity that is important in solving problems of various kinds. Look at this as an opportunity to expand your horizons and gain useful experience.
