Pain in the eyes: How to get rid of

On average, a person uses gadgets for at least 4 hours a day. Plus 8 hours of looking at the monitor at work. And also devotes several hours to TV or home computer. However, even such a load will not damage vision if you do simple two-minute exercises every half hour:

  • Look down, left, and right without opening your eyes.
  • Gently rotate your eyes in both directions, as if massaging the back of the eyelid with eyeballs.
  • Warm your palms together and place them over your closed eyes.
  • Massage them in zigzag motions to relieve pain.
  • After that, blink.
