As the large AMC movie theater chain plans to open at least 100 of its venues on August 20, 2020 after shutting them down due to the coronavirus pandemic, it invented a stunt to attract people back to cinemas. Tickets at the AMC theaters will sell for…15 cents! It is close to what it cost to attend a movie in 1920. But in 2020 this price will last for one day only. Also, some movement towards box office revival has been noticed in Canada and some other parts of the world.
