Mykhailo Mudryk is a Ukrainian footballer who plays as a left midfielder for London club Chelsea and the Ukraine national team. He won bronze at the 2023 European Youth Championship as part of the Ukraine U21 team. His achievements include Ukrainian championship titles in the 2019/2020 and 2022/2023 seasons, as well as winning the Ukrainian Super Cup in 2021.

Mykhailo was born on January 5, 2001 in Krasnograd, Kharkiv region. From an early age, he was interested in football, spending time at the local stadium. His football education began at the academy of Metalist Kharkiv, where he trained according to the Dutch system, combining football with athletics, gymnastics and swimming. Over time, Mykhailo moved to the Dnipro Academy, and then continued his career at Shakhtar Donetsk, where his professional career began.

In 2018, Mykhailo made his debut for Shakhtar under the guidance of Portuguese coach Paulo Fonseca. At first, he played on loan for Arsenal Kyiv and Desna Chernihiv, but his real breakthrough came with the arrival of coach Roberto De Zerbi. The Italian coach made Mudryk one of the key players of the team. Mykhailo became the leader of Shakhtar in the 2022/2023 season, scoring 7 goals and 7 assists in the Ukrainian championship, as well as an effective game in the Champions League.
Chelsea
In January 2023, Mykhailo signed a contract with the London club Chelsea for 100 million euros, which became a record transfer for Ukraine. He made his debut for his new team on January 21, 2023 against Liverpool. Mikhail scored his first goal for Chelsea on October 2, 2023 against Fulham.
