ROSHEN Fountain
The main business card of Vinnytsia is the floating fountain ROSHEN, which is considered one of the largest in Europe. The museum’s collection includes over 2,000 exhibits, including equipment from different eras. To visit, it is worth agreeing on a time in advance with the museum management, as it is located on the territory of a military unit.
Mykhailo Kotsiubynskyi Estate
Mykhailo Kotsiubynskyi House Museum is the place where the classic of Ukrainian literature was born and worked. The five rooms of the museum present about 9 thousand exhibits: books, manuscripts, lifetime editions, translations of works into different languages. Here you can feel the atmosphere in which his famous works were born. The estate has preserved the comfort of past centuries and is a real center of Ukrainian culture in Vinnytsia.
Historical and Memorial Complex of the Victims of Fascism (Werewolf Reservoir)
Werewolf Reservoir is one of the most mysterious structures of the Second World War, located near the village of Kolo-Mykhailivka near Vinnytsia. It was one of Hitler’s residences, built by German prisoners of war. Today, the complex has a memorial, a mass grave, and stands with historical information. The exhibition reminds of the tragedy of the war, the feat of the local population and the liberation of Podolia from the invaders.
Vinnytsia Walls
