Daria Petrozhytska was born in Kyiv and dreamed of the stage from early childhood. That dream took shape while attending a children’s theater studio. Her first acting steps were with the “Chudodiyi” group, where the foundations of her future career were laid.

Education and Early Career

Daria studied at the Ivan Karpenko-Karyi National University of Theatre, Cinema and Television in Kyiv. Her path to university wasn’t easy — she didn’t pass the first time. But she didn’t give up and succeeded the following year. During her studies, she was actively involved in student performances, where her teachers noted her sincerity and natural talent.

Breakthrough Role

Widespread fame came with her role in the TV series “Papa’s Girl” (“Papik”), where she portrayed a vibrant, ambitious, yet genuine young woman. This character won over audiences and brought Daria invitations to many television projects and shows.

Her stage roles are consistently emotional, deep, and relatable, resonating strongly with the audience. Colleagues describe her as dedicated, disciplined, and open to creative experimentation.

Private Life and Public Values

Daria tends to keep her private life out of the spotlight, although she occasionally shares glimpses with her followers. She has mentioned being in a serious relationship in the past, but now is focused on career growth and self-development. She often speaks about the importance of mental health, emotional growth, and knowing oneself.

On social media, Daria shares moments from her daily life, behind-the-scenes content, travels, and time spent with friends and family. Her audience appreciates her for being authentic, humorous, and unafraid to be real — without filters or pretense.

Daria actively supports Ukraine: she takes part in charity events, helps volunteers and defenders, and uses her voice to communicate important messages. She’s vocal about the need to preserve Ukrainian language, culture, and national identity.

Future Plans

Daria continues to grow as an actress. She dreams of taking part in new film and theater projects, international collaborations, and advancing her skills. Her story inspires others to face challenges head-on and stay true to themselves, both on and off stage.
