The protagonists speak in the voices of a famous Ukrainian band <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vremya I Steklo: <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ruslan\u2019s voice belongs to <\/span><b>Positiff (Oleksii Zavgorodnii), <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and <\/span><b>Nadya Dorofeeva <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">lent her voice to Kyiv princess Mila.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actor and TV host <\/span><b>Yuriy Gorbunov <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">gave his voice to Wise Cat, an aristocratic keeper of mysterious library and a guard of the magic portal. And the voice of <\/span><b>Oleg \u201cFagot\u201d Mykhaylyuta, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TNMK bandleader, was given to Fin, a powerful sorcerer and one of the adversaries of the cartoon\u2019s main villain Chornomor. Ruslan, a wandering artist dreaming to become a knight, met beautiful Mila and fell in love with her; he didn\u2019t even suspect that she is the King\u2019s daughter. However, the lovers\u2019 happiness wasn\u2019t meant to last too long. Ch\u043ernomor, the evil sorcerer, appeared in a magic vortex and stole Mila right before Ruslan\u2019s eyes to transform her power of love into his own magic power.
