You just can\u2019t take your eyes off these photos &#8211; they are truly amazing.<\/p>\n<p>Each year, judges select categories and regional winners from hundreds of thousands of images. For the 2021 awards, 165,000 photographs were submitted through an open competition, making them eligible for national awards.<\/p>\n<p>The winning images were selected from entries from 51 countries and regions, with some nations, such as the Japanese, boasting second and third places.<\/p>\n<p>This year, in addition to all the other art experts and curators, Mike Trow, Azu Nwagbogu and Anna Watson were judges. The approval of the national award winners was carried out anonymously by judges.
