On May 28, the premiere of the satirical almanac \u201cYod\u201d, created by domestic filmmakers on a volunteer basis, will take place. And now its first trailer has been released.<\/p>\n
\u201cYod\u201d consists of tapes up to three minutes long. All of them are sharp statements on current issues of Ukrainian reality. They neither illustrate nor ridicule the falsehood that permeates our \u2013 primarily government \u2013 life. Candid films comprehend the paradoxical (post)revolutionary reality of Ukraine.<\/p>\n
The almanac is created according to the operating principle of \u201cBabylon 13\u201d – the movie is made without money. The initiator of the creation of \u201cYoda\u201d was film director Dmitry Tomashpolsky.<\/p>\n
The debut issue of the almanac consists of works by Antonina Noyabreva, Alina Khoroshilova, Valery Simonchuk, Pavel Ostrikov, Daria Baranova, Daria Dolesko, Ilya Zakharov and Dmitry Tomashpolsky.<\/p>\n
Among the screenwriters are Igor Shub, Arkady Gartsman, Alexander Volodarsky, Vadim Shinkarev and others.<\/p>\n
The duration of the first film almanac is 22 minutes.<\/p>\n
The premiere of \u201cYoda\u201d will take place at the ceremony of presenting prizes from the National Union of Cinematographers of Ukraine to the best domestic films of last year. In the future, screenings of the almanac will take place before the main screenings of the Ukrainian film \u201cLyra\u201d in the cinema, as well as on television and on the Internet.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
