According to the plot of the film “The Stronghold”, the boy Vitya, during a solar eclipse, falls through a magical portal a thousand years ago, during the times of Kievan Rus. He has to fight together with the legendary heroes against an entire army of Cumans led by a huge stone monster.
Despite the fact that the main character has to confront thousands of invaders, his most important confrontation occurs with the most unexpected enemy.
The box office of the film “The Stronghold” amounted to 19 million 084 thousand hryvnia. The film was watched by 276 thousand spectators in Ukrainian cinemas. In addition, the theatrical release of “The Stronghold” took place in Kazakhstan, Belarus and several dozen other countries.
After the successful release of the film in many countries, a four-episode version was created, which was posted on the YouTube channel of the film company Film.ua:
