There are no significant box office numbers to report about. However, there are some good news for some in the Industry. IFC Films made the risky move not to cancel or postpone its indie and art house film releases, as well as deciding to use a few drive-in theaters that are still open in the US. Looks like this decision did work for IFC with its only few new releases playing in theaters. As an example, the horror flick The Wretched has grossed $621,000 in four weeks on less than 60 screens. Filming of about 10 films resumes in St.Petersburg, Russia. French cinemas will open on June 22. The cancelled Karlovy Vary International Film Festival (Czech Republic) will present this summer 16 films in 96 cinemas.
